Svein Even Blakstad has always had a photographic memory. His ability for total recall and to picture how things come together in great detail was critical in helping Svein to develop GRIFF’s unique design.

From childhood, Kenneth Revne has been curious about connecting the dots. To craft the GRIFF’s unique control systems, he built them piece by piece to deliver results far greater than the sum of the parts.

As GRIFF’s Quality Manager, Martin Rolén-Hustad never assumes, he has to be sure. He is meticulous and patient to the extreme. His work is most rewarding when it’s boring, when everything goes to plan.

Founder Leif Johan Holand, previously worked in the media industry, flying and filming from helicopters. He used his experience to create GRIFF Aviation, which laid the foundations for today's company.
